Bio:

I started training in 1994 because I had developed a tendonitis in my right shoulder.  As I was always involved in sports (badminton, volley ball, beach volley) and against the doctors wishes, my brother encouraged me to visit the local gym to train with him so I could strengthen my shoulder.

When I saw my brother getting ready for his first competition I got hook along with him and started competing after my first year of training.

I was then introduced to World Class Body builder “Ti-Jean” LeBlanc of Moncton who guided me in proper nutrition and training.  Under his leadership I became a Canadian champion.

Even if I’m not competing anymore, I still continue training and along with proper nutrition I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Training:         5 days a week

Cardio:            5 – 6 days a week (30 – 40 min each time)

Diet:                High in protein, medium in carbs and low in fat

I always believe that the proper nutrition is the key to success.

I’m really strict with my diet but during weekends I would cheat a couple of times.

My diet mainly consists of egg whites, chicken or turkey, fish and “whey” protein shake.  For carbs, I eat oatmeal, rice and lots of vegetables and salads.
