I am originally from Miramichi, New Brunswick. In July 2007 I moved to Fredericton to start my Career with an Engineering firm called Stantec (Neill and Gunter at the time) as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist. I have been training at the gym for about three and a half years now. I currently train at Kingswood Fitness. 

Over the last year and a half I have become much more serious and actually entered my first contest on November 8, 2008 at the Playhouse in Fredericton. I came in Second place in the Lightweight Division. It was the greatest experience of my life and really lit a fire in me to train even harder for the next ones. I love working out intensely, and I am very competitive. Neil Burchill of Simply for Life is my trainer, and I couldn’t ask for a better guy to help me out and keep me motivated. I would also like to thank Mark Bissonnette from BeFit.ca for helping me out so much, especially as a newer competitor.
