Hi, Mark--just a quick note to let you know that my big order arrived today. It was a nice surprise when I got home.

Everything is perfect, as always, and thanks very much for all the free samples. I was especially happy to get a couple of those Hemodrene capsules. I've tried a few herbal fat-reducers in the past (bit of a pot belly!) and they usually either upset my digestion or have too much caffeine in them. This will be a good way to try them without buying a whole bottle to add to my collection!

Thanks for the update.
It is always a pleasure to order from Befit and one of the most important reasons is that you always communicate and allow me to know of the progress of my order. For me, that's crucial when shopping online. I've had some really frustrating situations with some online companies where I've placed orders, had my credit card billed immediately, been given a date for delivery of within a week, yet 3-4 weeks later, I still hadn't received the order or any communication as to what was going on. Not knowing what's happening makes the whole shopping at a distance experience very uncomfortable, but there is never that worry when shopping at Befit, because you always keep me updated. So many thanks for making shopping at Befit a very comfortable experience.

Hi, I recently ordered the LG Sciences Trifecta cycle from you and I'm shocked at how fast I received the order. At first I was a little reluctant to order because I did find cheaper prices but after receiving the package I realized that the fast service is worth it.

WOW is all I can say. This was my first time making a puchase thru the mail
and it was unbelieveable. I made the order on Friday and it was on my porch

Change to your orders:

Orders are processed shortly after received. If you need to change your order, contact us immediately. However, once your order begins the shipping process, we can no longer change your order.

Returns / Refund Policy

All returns must be in re-sellable condition, unopened and sealed and returned to BeFit Inc. within 30 days of the date of purchase at the customer’s expense.
