Dominique Miles
(Fredericton, N.B. Canada.)
My
name is Dominique Miles, I currently live in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
I have been a competitive athlete for many years now, and have played soccer
since the age of 4. Thus far, I have played for StFx University, with which we
won AUS in 2009. After many years of competitive soccer with team New
Brunswick, Team Nova Scotia, and local teams, I have grown to love the physical
training behind it all. I actually have experience training at your brother's
academic during my soccer offseasons. I still currently play in a womens league
and a mens league. I was in fact the only female in the mens league this winter.
I am a certified personal trainer and currently a kinesiology student at UNB
graduating next spring, therefore I have a very widespread knowledge on what it
means to be physically active and the general idea of health and wellness. Now
that it is my last in university, I have decided to take a whole new challenge
for me as an competitive athlete. I have decided to compete this fall in the
November figure and bodybuilding show in the figure model short ategory. Thus,
my training has been far more rigorous lately. I have tried various supplements
like mpower, xtend, jack3d, post-rx, and so far they've all been quite good.
Personally, as a soccer player, I have grown to love a good leg workout.
