Figured I would send along an update .... did my first show in Nov 2008 and though a small local show I did pretty well winning the Novice Overall, Middleweight Class, Masters Overall and Men's Overall. Things are hard to locate in Newfoundland but you seem to always have the latest and greatest.  As for me, I plan on adding some mass and will be back on stage in 2010.  My goal is to compete next time as a light heavyweight .... bigger, harder and drier.  Keep an eye out for my orders!  Here are some pics from a week out and the night of....
