Befit'' for the team
encouragement and atmosphere and also to motivate others to do the same.
Before joining the gym in October, I was always tired and had no energy to keep up with my hectic life. Now, I am feeling much better. I have more energy to finish my days and even have more patience with the kids.
I am 5 feet 9 inches. In October, my body fat was 26.7% and I weighed 160lbs. I will keep you posted on my improvements soon.
