| Thanks for your message. Yes, I do like the new Website—I was confused at first because it was too easy to use! It certainly is fast and efficient, very professional.
I didn’t have a chance to thank you for my last order, my old computer broke so I was ‘offline’ for ten days or so and lost all my old messages/files in the process. Thank you for all those free samples of ‘High Voltage’ you sent with my order last time. It’s very good—I like to work out quite late in the evening so I want something that will make me feel ‘perky’ for a couple of hours . . . but not all night! I find that ‘Superpump’ and ‘NO-EXplode’ work well but don’t wear off very quickly so it can be hard to get to sleep at a good hour. High Voltage is just about right. After three hours it’s wearing off. Thanks again and all the best to you in the coming weeks—let’s hope the snow stays away for a little while longer! Ray. Ottawa, ON |

| Everything is perfect, as always, and thanks very much for all the free samples. I was especially happy to get a couple of those Hemodrene capsules. I've tried a few herbal fat-reducers in the past (bit of a pot belly!) and they usually either upset my digestion or have too much caffeine in them. This will be a good way to try them without buying a whole bottle to add to my collection!

| Hi Mark, Thanks for the update. It is always a pleasure to order from Befit and one of the most important reasons is that you always communicate and allow me to know of the progress of my order. For me, that's crucial when shopping online. I've had some really frustrating situations with some online companies where I've placed orders, had my credit card billed immediately, been given a date for delivery of within a week, yet 3-4 weeks later, I still hadn't received the order or any communication as to what was going on. Not knowing what's happening makes the whole shopping at a distance experience very uncomfortable, but there is never that worry when shopping at Befit, because you always keep me updated.
