    this is by far the best product on the market. i've been using it for 3 months. i am 16 years old. at the beginning of the 3 months i could only do 3 sets of 12 12 12, at 145. now im doing 3 sets of 12 12 12 at 170. i used to only be able to do 1 set at 160. now im doing 1 set at 200 max!!
