FOR HARDCORE TRAINING INDIVIDUALS

Carbo Loading Phase:

Long Term Activity (more than 2 hours): 3 days before your event, drink 1 scoop of WAXYLOAD® in between meals, 2-3 times a day.

Normal food intake - no overeating is required.

Short Term Activity (less than 2 hours): drink 1 scoop in the morning of the activity along with your normal food intake and 1 scoop before the activity

During Workout:
Short Term Activity (workout): Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz (296ml) of water during your workout.
Long Term Activity: Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz (296ml) of water every 60 - 90 minutes.

Post-Workout Recovery:

All Activities: Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz (296ml) ml of water as soon as possible after exercise to support maximum recovery. Receiving appropriate post-workout nutrition is vital. Don't ignore it!
