Here's a picture of me striking a pose for my kids as they ambushed me doing some yard work. I recently was diagnosed with a stomach condition and was advised to lose weight or the ailment would worsen. That was in December of 2003 when I weighed in at 235lbs. Since that time I have made excercise and healthy eating a part of my life, and thanx to the staff and products of Befit I now weigh a comfortable 200lbs (I stand at 6' 2").
