Teri Donald

My name is Teri Donald and I am originally from Boiestown, NB and now currently reside in Fredericton, NB with my husband Joey and my two children Grace 4 yrs and Cohan 19 mths  I work full time as a Dental Assistant and have always been athletic playing basketball and volleyball all through my high school years and have found my new passion in Figure competitions.
 
While on maternity leave I decided that I wanted to compete at the New Brunswick figure and physique competion.  After alot of training and dieting I found myself on stage competing for the New Brunswick title. To my surprise I won my class ( figure tall).  I then went on to compete at the Atlantic Classic held in  Moncton, NB after 12 weeks of intense training and dieting here I was competing again.  

I won the tall class and then went on to win the overall title.  I can't tell you enough what this accomplishment has meant to me.  All my hard work really did pay off.   I now am training for the Canadian nationals being held in New Westminster, BC.  I know I have alot of work ahead of me but I always put 100% into everything I do.  I am so looking forward to this next journey and cannot wait to step on that stage.
 
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my family for their love and support without them this would not be possible.  Also I would like to thank Marc Bissonette from Befit for his support and guidance to help me make the right choices for supplements, Miami tanning and their knowledgible staff for their help in making me acheive the right tan! to all the staff and members of goodlife for keeping me focused and accountable for what I was working so hard for.
