I work as a Patrol Sergeant for Châteauguay police in Quebec, having been a former Sergeant-detective for 7 years

I am a certified personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A. - CPT) since 2001 and train clients from home and in the gyms

I am part of the Union des Artistes in Quebec and have made numerous apparitions in french movies

I have worked as a radio host at CKOI 96.9 FM

I was featured in a TV reality show called Loft Story that started in October 2003, a show that was listened by more than 2 million people a day.

I am presently selling a tooth whitening kit called VivaStyle that people can use at home but the results are dentist-like

I competed at the 2003 Musclemania Canada East bodybuilding contest and placed 2 nd in the middleweights division. Also at Musclemania 2003 in Toronto where i got 6 th in the same category

My workout plan is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and each bodypart is trained once a week

My nutrition plan is 40 grams protein, 50 grams of carbs and 10 grams of fat six times a day with a cheat day a week

I have been training for 15 years all-natural and will always be lifetime natural.
