Online coaching is designed for those who are hard pressed to see a trainer but still lack motivation or a plan for both exercise and nutrition, once you join you will be screened with a health and lifestyle questionnaire to ascertain past injuries, training experience and nutritional status so we can develop a plan to help you achieve your health & fitness goals.
All training plans are personalized based on your level of commitment (how many days you can train), facilities available (what equipment do you have), level of experience (how long have you been into fitness), and health & medical conditions.
