In general knowledge, caffeine is a bitter, white crystalline xanthine alkaloid, found in coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate, some nuts and certain medicines. ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
According to the latest International Society of Sports Nutrition position stand caffeine is shown to be effective for enhancing athletic performance (in dosages ~3-6 mg/kg). It provides greater ergogenic effect when consumed before and/or during workout (1), through tablet (anhydrous form) as compared to a regular coffee and can enhance attention during extensive exercising; caffeine is beneficial for sustained maximal endurance exercise, including team sports and for strength-power performance (2). Lower doses of caffeine can be as effective as higher doses during exercise performance without any negative influences; after a period of cessation, restarting caffeine intake at a low amount before performance can provide the same ergogenic effects as acute intake (3).

Caffeine tablets or caffeine pills are primarily used for weight loss programs. The regular caffeine tablet is said to contain about 200 mg of caffeine. This quantity is found to be equivalent to about 2 mugs of strong coffee. This quantity is not considered to be inherently dangerous however caution is advised.

The effect of caffeine capsule or caffeine tablets varies from person to person. One capsule should give you more energy for 3 to 5 hours.
