DOSAGE – ADULTS: For optimum utilization is best to follow the Recommended Usage on the Personalized Daily Consumption Table Guideline For Max Results. For optimum recuperation, consume one to two scoops WAXYMAIZE® following intense training, and for all post workouts. Mix 1 scoop of powder with 10 oz. (296 ml) of water or your favorite beverage. Stir and enjoy! No Blender required!

For Athletic and Active Individuals:


As A General Sports Drink: Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz. (296 ml) of water over the course of your exercise or training session.

For Hardcore Training Individuals :

Carbo Loading Phase: Long Term Activity (more than 2 hours): 3 days before your event, drink 1 scoop of WAXYMAIZE® in between meals, 2-3 times a day. Normal food intake, no overeating is required. Short Term Activity (less than 2 hours): Drink 1 scoop in the morning of the activity along with your normal food intake and 1 scoop before the activity.

During Workout:

Short Term Activity (workout): Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz. (296 ml) of water during your workout.

Long Term Activity: Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz. (296 ml) of water every 60 – 90 minutes.

Post-Workout Recovery: All Activities: Drink 1 scoop in 10 oz. (296 ml) of water 30-60 minutes following exercise to support maximum recovery.  Receiving appropriate post-workout nutrition is vital. Don’t ignore it!
